PILOERECTION

Ever had piloerection?

Wahahaha.

I just learned from King DJ Logan of 99.5RT's Disenchanted Kingdom that the scientific term for goosebumps is PILOERECTION. Pilo from pilus which means hair, and erection which means of course, to stand, so.. PILOERECTION. Doin some clicks on www also added HORRIPILATION as another term when body hairs start to erect due to strong emotions like fear and awe.
