I had the urgency to defend my group because my team mates aren't supposed to be the laughing stock. The persons void of knowledge and experiences but mask themselves as the mr-know-it-all and great geniuses are the ones worthy of mockery and derision. We have been mired too long in the muck of disrespect and criticism, it is high time that we change the diet upon which we have been feeding our hard working souls.
